Customising AuditBricks Labels: Snag, Defect, Issue & More

Different teams use different words. Some talk about snags, others about defects, issues or observations. AuditBricks lets you customise labels so your snag list, defect list and reports use the terminology your clients expect.

Which labels can you customise?

From the AuditBricks settings you can rename several core labels, for example:

• Snag → Defect, Issue, Observation, Task.
• Location → Flat, Room, Area, Section.
• Assignee → Contractor, Company, Trade.

Labels in reports

Once you change labels in AuditBricks, they also appear in your PDF and Excel reports. That means your snag list, defect list or issue list reports will automatically use the updated wording, keeping everything consistent.
